ADK Peak is the premier girls' travel club lacrosse team for Upstate NY. We have had players from all around the Capital District: Albany, Columbia, Greene, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren and Washington Counties.

Our teams are made up of players from youth through high school age ranges, and we play throughout the different seasons. With ADK Peak, your program fees include the following:

• Minimum 3 summer tournaments, along with 3 fall tournaments.
• Summer Session: practices are typically held twice a week, starting in late-May through mid-July.
• Fall Session: practices are typically held once a week, from late September through mid-November.
• Winter Session: indoor practices twice a week from January through February.
• Dedicated goalie instruction.
• In addition to lacrosse skills, all practices include conditioning - a key aspect for lacrosse players.

In addition to the above, there are opportunities for the following:

• Individual/small group out-of-season sessions
• Select winter tournaments if interest/availability exists.
• High School players (2025s-2027s) have the opportunity to play at the IWLCA Presidents Cup in Florida.
• Recruiting support for those players interested in playing at the next level.
