Team Information
ADK Peak Age Groups
ADK Peak offers travel lacrosse for young women across the age groups listed below. For the most part, our teams are set up by graduating year, which is consistent across the lacrosse spectrum.
- High School - individual teams per graduating year.
- Middle School / Modified - individual teams per graduating year.
- Youth - the numbers fluctuate the most within the youth spectrum. Where we are able to, we have individual teams per graduating year. The graduating years for youth are 2030 and younger.
2024 Tournaments
ADK Peak attends some of the most competitive tournaments around the country, offering our players a challenging environment both for learning and success! We play in tournaments during both summer and fall circuits.
